New operator candidate takes his or her on the job training and work safety training during the 2-month trial period.
After completing the trial period, operator starts to use the machine under the observation of a senior operator or shift supervisor.
Operator, who finishes the first 6 months and completes all trainings successfully, starts to work alone according to the determined targets
4 - 5.Level
After completing the trainings and passing the exams successfully, operators can change departments according to the company needs.
After completing a defined period of working years, operators continue their career as team leaders or shift supervisors according to the company’s needs.
